It is used to those cast that need better mechanical capability ,such as auto-fittings, electronic fittings, mechanical fittings, electronic component.
Zamak 2:
It is used to those mechanical fittings that have special need in mechanical capability, and need high rigidity and normal dimension and precision.
ZA8: good liquidity and stability of dimension, but the liquidity worse than the latter
It is used to cast workpieces with small dimension, requested very high precision and mechanical intensity, such as electronic component.
Superloy: the best liquidity
It is used to cast workpieces with thin wall, big dimension, high precision, and completed form, such as electronic component and its box.
Because different zinc metal have different physical and mechanical characteristic, we can design cast optionally.
